As you know, the New York State Education Department requires that all schools must be in attendance for a minimum of 180 days each school year. Each year the district builds in several emergency days to its school calendar; this year we included seven (7) days. As of this memo, the district has utilized one (I) snow day this school year. At this time, the district will be "giving back" four ( 4) unused emergency days. Click the title for more information.
