PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to a lack of quorum at the previously scheduled meeting, an Emergency Board Meeting has been called.

Purpose: To address items of business that could not be considered due to the lack of a quorum and any other emergency business that may properly come before the Board.
This meeting is open to the public.
