Technology Help Desk

Requesting help has just been made easier. No forms to fill in or logins to remember. It is as easy as sending an email. Please include your building and room number so we can find you easily, this greatly helps our new IT team members as well as the veteran techs, too!  

Your email will automatically be converted into a helpdesk ticket and all members of the IT staff team will be notified of your request for assistance. The district typically has 1 or 2 IT staff members covering the 3 district buildings on any given day.

Maintenance/Custodial Requests should be directed to the Facilities Department.

Data Privacy & Security (EdLaw2D)

The district is committed to ensuring student privacy in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and district policies. The New York State Law gives parents and guardians the right to information about how the Ogdensburg City School District safeguards student and staff data.

Instructional Technology Plan

As required by Commissioner’s Regulation 100.12, Ogdensburg CSD maintains an Instructional Technology Plan to help support achievement and engagement through the seamless integration of technology into teaching and learning, improve learning experiences for students and increase equitable access to technology-rich learning experiences for students and staff.
