Imagine meeting the great composers of the past face-to-face, musicians whose work has shaped centuries of music and continues to influence our world today. That’s the idea behind Compose Yourself, a musical in which a group of modern-day students meet legendary composers from the Classical and Baroque eras, including Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Handel, and more. Through these encounters, the students gain a deeper appreciation for the music of the past and how it connects to the music they enjoy today.
