Mrs. Jacquelyn L. Kelly
In the Ogdensburg City School District, children are our top priority! Our primary focus is the development of the academic and social skills which will serve as the foundation for learning throughout each child’s educational career and beyond. From a very young age, students will begin to develop and utilize the skills necessary to become effective communicators and productive workers. Throughout their time with us, it is our responsibility to provide each child with an environment in which the student can find success socially, emotionally, and academically.
As the Assistant Superintendent, my role is to ensure all instructional and curriculum activities and initiatives are aligned with the standards necessary for students to ultimately become successful and productive citizens. The curriculum in Pre-Kindergarten may look vastly different than that in a student’s senior year, but each level of instruction is coordinated in order to prepare our students for the workforce or college, whichever path our students may choose.
I look forward to working closely with students, parents and guardians, teachers, and staff members to ensure a positive educational experience for every child. All children are unique and it is our responsibility to work together to create a culture in which every child can experience success and develop to his or her full potential.
