Coming into the 2007-2008 school year, we are welcoming a new Superintendent.  Mr. Hal Barry became the Superintendent after serving in the role of Assistant Superintendent.  In other previous experiences, Mr. Barry was a school administrator serving in the capacity of Principal.  He was also a research scientist and a career officer in the U. S. Air Force.  In addition, Mr. Barry worked as a school science teacher.  Mr. Barry stated that he feels very positive about his new position as the Superintendent.  He sees it as a multi-faceted position requiring a great deal time requiring a lot of work!  His job requires him to have a managerial oversight of all entities of the school district.  A goal that Mr. Barry has is to establish a first-rate technology program that encompasses the entire school district.  Mr. Barry also says that this is a wonderful District with everyone making contributions to a common goal.
