Welcome to Ogdensburg City School District's On-line Counseling Information Center. We have developed this page in hopes of providing parents, students, faculty, and community members with relevant information concerning those services provided through the Guidance Department.


GUIDANCE SERVICES:
The department has several counselors for all grade levels, including BOCES, as well as a school social worker. These are experienced, caring, dedicated individuals devoted to their professions. Their knowledge of the students and their families in the community provides them with a unique understanding of student needs. They extend the same level of service to post-graduate students upon request. As attested by the faculty and students, there is an effective support service made available through the guidance department.

Due to our proximity to Canada, the guidance department has established an excellent relationship with the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa as well as many High Schools in Eastern Ontario. Many children of diplomats as well as Canadian high school students receive assistance with regard to college placement, testing, and general information.
