
If
you click the start button you should see the printers and faxes link,
choose that.
It will open a window similar to the one below listing all the printers/copiers installed on your computer. Your list will be different than the one below. You may right click on any printer and choose delete.
You may delete any printer/copier you no longer use or need. Some programs install a PDF printer you may want to keep that if you create pdf files. We recommend deleting any printers that say Auto …. These are printers that “automagically” get installed because we are on a network, but no harm in leaving a printer if you are unsure.
Also note the printer with the check mark is
called the default printer and this is the printer that is automatically
selected 1st if you just click the print icon or choose file print
when you are working with your files.
When you are done deleting printers and have a default set you may close the window. All changes are effective immediately.
